the room was spacious and comfortable. it included good quality shampoo and toiletries. the bed was large, ensuring a restful night. i found all staff to be very friendly.
this resulted in long waits, especially during peak times. It added to the confusion. the breakfast sausage lacked flavour.

The staff at the hotel were very lovely and helpful. The rooms offer generous space and were clean. The hotel's location proved convenient, enabling effortless access to key attractions and amenities. I found the room size accommodated my family comfortably.
The check-in process was acceptable. it felt a little transactional. A warmer welcome would have been preferable at a hotel of this calibre.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i loved the large spread and the quality of the food. the availability of the carpark was also an absolute must for me, and it made everything so much easier. it was so convenient!!!

The room was clean. The pillows were really comfortable also. The gym had everything I needed for a holiday workout. The spa was great too.
Next door neighbors were very loud in and out of their room all night. They were knocking on our door. This made me very uncomfortable.
