a pleasant stay but with some lift delays

comfortable room large bed friendly staff slow lifts unclear signage flavourless sausage
the room was spacious and comfortable. it included good quality shampoo and toiletries. the bed was large, ensuring a restful night. i found all staff to be very friendly.
The lifts were quite slow. this resulted in long waits, especially during peak times. the lack of clear signage about lift maintenance compounded the issue. It added to the confusion. the breakfast sausage lacked flavour.

lovely staff generous space key attraction comfortable family
The staff at the hotel were very lovely and helpful. The rooms offer generous space and were clean. The hotel's location proved convenient, enabling effortless access to key attractions and amenities. I found the room size accommodated my family comfortably.
The check-in process was acceptable. it felt a little transactional. A warmer welcome would have been preferable at a hotel of this calibre.

The service received was excellent, beginning with a warm welcome and extending to helpful recommendations. The team showed attention to detail and made efforts to cater to my specific needs. Gina from the executive lounge deserves special mention for her really good service.

breakfast spread carpark availability impersonal process lift delays
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i loved the large spread and the quality of the food. the availability of the carpark was also an absolute must for me, and it made everything so much easier. it was so convenient!!!
the front desk staff were polite but the check-in process felt impersonal. there were significant delays with the lifts, which caused some frustration. i waited a long time.

lift service long waits
The lifts proved problematic . One of the three lifts was out of service causing long waits and crowded corridors. I waited 12 minutes just to get from my floor to reception. This situation occurred again the following morning during checkout. The hotel needs to ensure all lifts are functional.

Acceptable stay

clean room comfortable pillows holiday workout loud neighbors all night uncomfortable feeling
The room was clean. The pillows were really comfortable also. The gym had everything I needed for a holiday workout. The spa was great too.
Next door neighbors were very loud in and out of their room all night. They were knocking on our door. This made me very uncomfortable.
